My shop has been borrowed and taken advantage of as well. I have always been really good abut it and never over reacted. Glad I didn't because I broke down while plowing snow a few years ago. Somehow I ran into something backing up and ripped a hose on the plow angle. I could not drive hem and had to ask a friend it I could park in his shop. It was over a week until we were able to get the hose from fisher and install it. He was ok with me blocking his shop access and getting in his way for a week after a snow storm. I think it was karma paying me back for all the times my shop has been borrowed

I loaned my garage to a friend once for him to rebuilt the engine on his pickup.. long weekend was the plan, 6 weeks later he was finally out...
