Buying Advice 2nd hand BX2230 vs New BX2360

Thanks for all the info, certainly total agreement about te scoop - that ones gone!!
Still tossing up between new and 2nd hand, I've been offered 22K with a 54" Deck and Loader on the 2360.I tested the 2230 yesterday, did a great job of the lawn. Loader was useful without blowing me away.

To be honest, what I'd really like is a 4in1 bucket but that adds to the cost even more. I know some people who have these though and swear by them.

The idea of shipping from the US did cross my mind, problem is, it's a long way to go for a service!!

I assume your in Canada then? You wouldn't go back to that dealer for service - just your local dealer, i.e. I bought my tractor from a farther dealer who had the best deal but have had it serviced at the closer. I don't see any problem shipping it across the border either.

If you really want to get a 4 in 1 might be a better idea to get the used and then could afford the 4 in 1.

$22k is not bad for that new one either though!

Never mind! Any savings will be well more than maid up for in shipping across the pond. Get the new..

Just an update on my decision.

I ended up ordering a BX2360 with a 60" MMM and 4in1 FEL.
I saw it in the yard on the weekend and get it delivered on Friday.
(just gotta find the money between now and then )
