JD model B grain drill repair ?

Back with another question. This is the 14X7 B drill I recently bought...had been sitting up for years. The seed gates were stuck, shot them with PBB couple of days then got them all free except two, they were nearly rusted through and broke off up next to the pin when I tried to rotate them, the pin is still in place. I've ordered two new gates(PN BB921M) and two pins(PN B669M).
My question is how do I remove the old pins?

Drive the old pins out with a small punch & hammer

Here's a photo of the seed cups from the JD grass boxes that the previous owner attached to the Minneapolis Moline P3-6 drill that I restored a few years ago. I cut the pins with a 4-1/2" angle grinder and drove them out with a small drift.
