300 CX hose supports

The hose routing on the 3320 has bugged me for 3 years. Why did engineering come up with 59 inch long hoses to travel 30 inches. Add some inches to make a loop at the mast and loader boom 'joint', maybe 10-15 inches and run the lines vertically up the left side of the mast...No interference with body work, solonoid on the injection pump, blocking dipstick and oil filter access, extra heat from the engine, and lines dragging on the right front tire.

Anyway, here's my latest attempt at controlling hose movement. If this doesn't work out my last option will be to make shorter hoses and go vertical.

Here's some points you will see in the pix.
1. Shimmed out the midmount pin by 3/8s thus pulling the hose bundle as tight as possible to the support bracket.

2. Added a tie wrap to the bundle to move it away from the injection pump solenoid.

Other guys have given the part numbers, I just supplied some pix.

My 3520 didn't have the hose support on the loader mast itself. I just made one myself by copying one on the dealers lot. It's just 3/16" x 2" with a 3/4" hole drilled through the short leg of the 90* bend. So it pivots with the loader arms just use a couple of washers that fit the hole, the flanged nut will hold it on and still keep everything tight. It really took the strain off of the hoses in that area. I think the original went into the dealers "extra parts" bin.:D The reason the hoses are so long is so you can hook the hoses up and have a little wiggle room when the loader is parked and you are rehooking.

Mopar, thanks for reminding me about the disconnecting of the loader from the tractor. I never intended to take the loader off, so that's my excuse for not seeing the need.

Another plus for TBN. I noticed the second picture from the OP and after reading your comment, I had the same thing missing on my 2 year old loader. I called the dealer I bought it from within a couple minutes and he ordered one out. Now I am a happy camper, at least with my hoses.

Mine is missing the bracket and tie band at the upper pivot as pictured by others here. It's also missing 26-29 the u bolt clamp in the picture. There is essentially NOTHING to control the hoses other than the clips that the steel lines lock into and the mesh bag.

This is really starting to tick me off that stuff like this would be missing from a machine purchased new.

These things come knocked down on a pallet, so someone at the dealers has to assembly them I believe. must be a case where there's a few parts left over after the majority is assembled. and they just leave them off?
