Looking for USED F-350 - Which year/engine/model is best?

I just saw one on a lot and I was VERY CURIOUS...

PS - Never mind I just found the dealer on the web and their ad states F-250 with F-450 badging... Liars...

My truck is technically a 250 but, I have x and c code leaf springs. The c codes are off of a 350 DRW.

You make a good point. Does DOT allow you to reclassify yout GVW due to improved springs?

My problem is they state no upgrades to the GVW, but they rebadged it as an F450?

Im not sure. I think people put higher badges on the their truck for fun. I have seen F650 badges on 250s already. I put the larger springs on mine because I didn't want air bags.
