I have the IMatch setup on my mower and tractors works great. Wouldn't want anything else I can change the implements at a moments notice by myself.
Quick Hitches are nice, but not all implements fit a quick hitch...just beware of that before you buy.
The Pat's Easy Change is more versatile and requires no implement modification. It does involve a bit more work then a Quick Hitch (if the implements fit the Quick Hitch)...you do need to get off the seat to connect the top link.
I've had the Pat's Easy Change and now own a Deere iMatch. I actually prefer the Pat's system.
Reason you prefer Pat's? I have looked at Pat's after you guys talking about them. Doesn't the extra step of getting off and connecting your top link kind of defeat the purpose as opposed to backing up and just lifting the 3pt? I understand your eliminating 2 connections that you usually have to wrestle with. Would love to hear why Pats seems to be the preferred.

When you reference "Quick Hitch", is that a certain brand? Because that was my next question. Will other quick hitches work just as well as the John Deere iMatch. The iMatch is like $300 and I see Harbor Freight has their own brand for somewhere around $129, plus the "Always Available" 20% off coupon makes it even more enticing.
One little caveat about the Pats or a QH is the fact that the implement is a little further out back, and an implements PTO shaft if it was cut kinda short to begin with will be about 4 inches shorter still with the Pats or a QH. Might not be a problem at all, but something to think about. The Carters do not extend your length, but since they sit on top of the lower link arms they do raise your implement a bit. Not usually a problem, but something to keep in mind. I don't know what kind of tractor you have, but you could look into getting telescoping lower links and stabilizers, usually from a higher end model with the same approximate size.. Not usually a cheap option, but an option nevertheless.
