I would agree with you EXCEPT, would you really use a 40HP CUT to do bailing, disking, etc.? I don't know if many people would or do those kind of tasks with CUTs in general- but from what I've seen; and taking to local farmers it seems not too likely. I mention this NOT because Kioti is right in equipping their tractors with the first pair of rear remotes with detents and the second pair without, but because most Kiotis I've known use the 1st rear remote for hoes and such, and when removed its easy to install a short loop.
Should Kioti note the proper way to operate the rear detented remote in their owner's manual and service manuals, ABSOLUTELY! But then they wouldn't make as much off us dumb 'amerikans' as they can by not mentioning it anywhere EXCEPT to exclude any warranty coverage from misuse, YEAH!:confused2:
