Honda Foreman 450 fuel leak

Cool, the first I have ever seen. I see NOW! It does put the issue to rest about non adjustability though. I have torn apart many carbs and that is a first for me. Have you replaced the float and needle? Did it come with the rebuild kit? Looked up on a site and for $55 you could replace the needle and float.

$66 gets you the new petcock valve and screen.

Yes...got a rebuild kit from the dealer and it came with new gaskets, float needle and float...$38 and the thing still leaks....grumble grumble.

OMG I think ive met my match with this honda

Lot of good ideas to check as you read this. I know it doesn't pertain just thoughts to peruse.

I know this post is old but I have a Foreman just like your with the exact problem and have tried everything you had listed and it still leaks. Did you ever get it resolved?

Just sent you a PM...it details my solution of pressing a tiny thin O-ring into the carb body...I just did that last month...that seems to work but it is trial and error getting the proper thickness. I wish Honda would simply have made the float adjustable.
