we bought in NJ and had it shipped to Maine because we had a check mailed to them it falls in maines law . They more times to get it fix a month at the dealer. And no if the dealer works on it and takes them months to get it there is no loaner tractor. And in still paying on a loan each moth on time and don't get to use it because it won't run.

I was fine with exchange or they give me what I own on the loan so I can go back and get a old 70's tractor. I know I won't get all my $$ back but I should eat this lemon. They should.

Had a problem with my 72 Datsun pickup dying, fought for two years cleaning the fuel filter and rinsing the fuel tank didn't find out until ten years later that daughter # 1 fed the little Datsun grass like the horses. Time for a smile.

No, you should not have to pay any further towing costs- Kioti corporate should pick up all expenses until it's completely fixed. Tell them you will not pay ANY expenses going forward, and you want detailed invoices showing exactly what has been done, and parts list of items replaced from when it first started having problems.
I'll tell you how I know they will never GIVE you a free replacement- they won't give you a loaner; who based on that thinks they will spring for a new replacement tractor?!:confused2:
Get it fixed, then sell it or use it, because right now you're paying for use you're not getting. One last and final try, then all bets are off- go sue!

How much $$ to take care of the problem? And how much $$ to have your neighbor not freeze to death? What are the #'s? I'd be willing to give to FIRST) the neighbor...very "FIRST" and SECOND) to the tractor.

Someone on this site must have this capability...if it's all legit.

I'll pledge $300 for the family heat and $200 for the tractor.

This can be set up today/tonight.

I mean this.[/QUOTE

Thanks for the offer on the tractor but I'm more worried about the veteran and his family being cold this winter.

I will figure a way to get the tractor to the dealer if kioti refuses to pay to transport it.

Wow thank you so much for the donation . That has put my faith back in humanity. That there are caring people still out there in this world. I can't wait to call and have the wood delivered to the church to give to a man who fought for his country. I can never thank you enough for your donation.

Is it just me, or was this just the first EVER coherent post by LaK?

Thank you for the money you are sending him, JF. Our collective brains will hurt a little less now.

Still working with kioti it is at the dealer they are only taking pic of it and we are writing a timeline from day one of owning this tractor. So we will see. It's either we get our money back or a new tractor.

That's progress. How'd it get to the dealer? Did Kioti/dealer agree to p/up no cost to you?

You're a tough negotiator. Have you ever sued before?

Sounds like the first step to resolution. Good job.
