Two 5-gallon yellow cans. I transfer with a small battery powered siphon pump I got at Lowes. Works great.
Ray;
In Texas Red diesel is tax free. Reduced for State and Federal taxes by $0.38 per gallon. No sales tax either. Found fuel ticket from 1992, when I got 300 gallon tank filled first time for $0.83 per gallon. Miss those days. Propane was way under a dollar a gallon also.

Either that's not true, or the statements below aren't true.To be clear I am NOT on any sort of govt help and never have been. I am not liked on this forum because one of my first posts I ***** on my own tractor because I don't like it so I offended those here that wear orange lipstick.
Funny you should mention that ungmonkey, my girlfriend is pregnant expecting our 7thy child, the free cheese and milk is tasty also.
. Hey Fred...the comments are obnoxious. We know people like you steal from the rest of us. It's embarrassing for you that you were raised to believe that stealing was something to be proud of. Apparently you don't realize you should be embarrassed.I fill my new tractor out of the home heating oil tank in the basement. Since I am on heating assistance I get to use my tractor courtesy of the state welfare program. Last year I used so much fuel the state is insulating my house for free. Fred
Farmer;
Texas requires a permit also since about 2010. You can fill out form online and receive permit in a couple of weeks.

Figure most states do but nobody had mentioned it yet.
People like The Fred are generally good people, they just like to get a rise outta folk by saying outlandish things. I've been known to do similar among close personal friends. Sarcasm doesn't translate through text very well. He just has an eccentric sense of humor.
