Amazon is FUBAR'd. When I click your link, it tells me I purchased this item on December 19th, yet mine are to be fulfilled by Sunvalleytek, so I'm not sure you can trust any of these links/listings from Amazon. Alternatively, I found this 20" LED light bar by Tuff LED Lights, yet one of the pic's is of the disclaimer. I'm done with investigating this purchase. Again, I'll see what shows up and what the packaging and warranty info states.

OK, Something fishy is going on with Amazon's website and reviews.

I went to post a review on the fake lights, only to find out it showed up on the real ones.

Digging a little deeper, I noticed between these two links (one is sold from Tuff LED & the other is from Sunvalleytek) that the reviews are identical between them.

Yup, see above. I'm contacting Tuff LED directly to see what they have to say. Might have to contact Amazon too.

This is what happened to me...

-Saw TBN post about TUFF LED's on sale.

-Found (the real) TUFF LED on Amazon.

-Sent (the real) TUFF LED link to G/F.

-G/F orders them from the link.

-I review order later to find out they were shipped from "Lado" or what ever.

-Call Amazon, cancel order. Tell them about the other seller not selling real deal but using the name/photos from TUFF, they don't seem to care.

-Call TUFF, nice lady confirms Amazon doesn't care.

-Nice lady sends link to G/F for ordering correct lights.

From what Ive been reading, it sounds like ALL these lights, TuffLEd brand and the "copycats" are all made by the same OEM in China.

In other words, they are exactly the same.

I can find NO REFERENCE that Tuff LED is made in USA and the others are china clones. If thats the case TuffLED's claim that the others are copycats and should not be bought doesnt really hold that much water.

This was my initial thought as well.

I think the best deal for (supposedly) american made lights is that Baja Design company that was advertising here a while back. They aren't cheap though. I don't need the lights right now but when I am ready that's probably where I'll go. Though for what they are, the tuff lights seem pretty decent.

Ouch. Sounds like you guys need to find quality led lights that actually have a warranty and are sold here in Rhode Island to professionals like police, fire/rescue guys.
Here's the link to their homepage and search for the LED lights section and various places on their web site for what you need. Are they the cheapest useless junk from China? NO! They're high quality, like the strobe led strip I run off the back of my canopy to keep idiot drivers from smashing into me when I plow my drive and roadway adjacent to it.
Check them out and see what you think/like. Quality, not Chinese fecal matter. :thumbsup:

I doubt the TUFF LED lights are of poor quality. If they were just cheap junk then why would all these others be trying to sell their lights under the same name, using the same photos and descriptions?

Assuming you can find the actual OEM light; and Chinese knockoffs using the same name is a surprise? Scamers are rampant in all areas of business these days.
All I know is what I try to buy is something of quality, from a reliable seller who's local in the US. I'm not saying the OEM lights are anything but good, but it's hard to know what you're getting from places like Amazon.
Buy whatever, but if you want high quality, warrantied from 2-5 years light/strobe etc. try the place I suggested.
