Boring!. These are the best kind of pictures to an old logger. I especially find interesting the way you are choosing to shorten the bar length on your Husky.

What are you doing to the winch tensioner? May I suggest removing the chain and soaking it for some time in kerosene or diesel fuel to clean up the links and to make them more flexible too...Then coat it with Fluid Film, and wipe off any excess so it doesn't get onto the brake/clutch assemblies.

The tensioner is worn out, I have to weld some new steel to it.
The chain is new but last year i broke it when i winched, I think the chain are to loose.
