I am running XP at the moment and do not plan on switching.
If anything I am planning to downgrade to my older Windows 2000 PC if I can when I change internet suppliers, and thus use a different router which should support Win2k.
As long as you have a good anti-virus programme installed you shouldn't have any worries.
If you are going to upgrade though I would recommend Windows 7 as that is what I use at work and it is a good system.
You can't beat the oldies though, that's what I say. Heck, I'd still be using Windows 98 if I could!!!
