Kioti/jaotguy, Having nothing better to do at the moment, I am just in the mood for stirring it a wee bittie more. Give me some facts about public servants where you can absolutely prove without any doubt that they do not work - and, (of course this is absolutely critical to your arguments) give me an equal number of cases of people in the private sector who "go the extra mile" out of the goodness of their hearts and without expecting, or receiving, any financial benefit. You only win if you have more in the private sector than I can quote from the public sector.
I worked in the public sector for a few years. I did some contracting there too. I met a lot of people who devoted their all to serving their fellow man.

I am speaking of experience in England, Australia, Scotland and Portugal in both sectors. If you want to restrict it to the US of A then I cannot comment further, but remember these are your fellow Americans before you tell the world how useless they are.
