Yes I got them and got it back together and all seemed well until I hooked onto the brush hog. I could lift it but barely and now the loader is losing power so fluid pressure is bleeding off somewhere. Back to a dealer.:-(
Well as things developed at least once I hooked onto a big log that was frozen in and when I got to the end of the chain it stopped me short. This is in a foot of old snow pulling up hill with ice chains on. What could go wrong?
Well when you want to pull something you don't accomplish much before you come to the end of the chain. I do hear what your saying but there was little to indicate that damage was likely. From the OP
I'd venture to say that anytime "coming to the end of the chain" is a wreckage of some equipment. Most always a bad outcome, and lucky not for someone not to get hurt.
Resolution... avoid coming to the end of a chain.
No need for apologies, I'm a big boy and can fess up to my own mistakes. It might be a few months before I get it right but I will keep the interested informed.Sorry, I was just trying to find out, if you got it fixed and what was issue you commented on in thread #32. NOT trying to re-live the experience as you made it clear already how it occurred.
