a bad line drawing.. but here is the idea.

the piece witht he flange is what you see at the back of the tractor with the small stub sticking out. long piece with spline hits back of trans at coupler and rear support near shifter mechanism.. aft of pump.. etc.

normally on a conversion you don't have to. They just pull out. Mine wouldn't come out so I had to cut it off behind the hydro pump and split the tractor a couple inches to get the pump to drop down.

With the add ons you want you should really consider a different series as mentioned but I get where you're coming from. Just be careful those front ends aren't made for loader work.

not too bad actually. you can pull the dizzy off and work on it in your shop.

add a round coil conversion to a front mount dizzy to loose the junky square coil and ballast resistor and they ain't bad.

ok any suggestions on which one to go with? I understand I need a 5 port.

if i were you.. and not knowing how to do it piece by piece.. i'd buy a kit.

jackson power steering used to sell a kit with a priority valve and orbital valve to tap off loader hyds.
