John Deere 2350 tractor under powered PTO need info on hydraulics on this

I am not familiar with the break away coupler shown in picture 2. Maybe TxJim is?
Does lever at the top (#12) in parts drawing have to be moved? Possibly 90 degrees to allow flow from the coupler?

TxJim, Have you seen this post? Do you know what lever 12 does? How it should be for flow?

I thought I answered your question on that post. Lever 12 is used by moving to the left & right to connect/disconnect couplings while under pressure. Lever should center by itself and not affect flow of oil.

Correction. The 2000 series 2.4 cu" 23.3 gpm pump was optional upgrade from the 1.4cu" 13.5gpm 1000 series pump.

2000 series 3 cu" pump was optional rather than the 1000 series.
