Looking for advice on adding worklights to tractor

These are some lights I picked up from my dealer, nothing elaborate, just standard lights. They seem to light up enough for the little work I do in the dark. I installed them in the event I had to use the rear snow blower early in the morning to get down the hill.

Are you needing a light to help you see what your doing on the tractor at night? Or the factory high and low beam isn't enough? or your trying to get lights on the left and right of the tractor

I have bought/installed LED work light twice now, on different tractors, and I am perfectly happy with lights purchased from eBay sellers. They all pretty much seem the same, if they look the same, anyway. Even the 9 LED floods, rated at 27watts, seem to provide plenty of light for anything short of surgery behind your tractor. I haven't had any problems with the lack of heat keeping the lenses clear in falling snow, which is one concern I've seen expressed here. The lights are cheap enough that there's no reason not to have them. I find the factory headlights, at least on my Kubota L3130, to be pretty much useless.

These cost me ~ $25 each w/ free shipping through Amazon, have two spots facing forward and a flood & a spot facing back. I haven't done any work after dark yet, but they seem to be pretty adequate. One thing is for sure, I'll never outrun them with a top speed of 12 MPH

Hi All: I am trying to add some worklights to my Mahindra 4035, preferably on the ROPS bar. Tried some 100W H3 Halogens made by Baja, but they were pitiful and not as good as the one rear work light that came with the tractor. Primarily looking to light up both the front and back for snow removal (bucket and blade). Saw a post and reply by the guy from TowMart, but I do not want to spend $400 for a pair of lights. Anyone have any luck with a particular set or anything I should look for? Are they rated by lumens or wattage or something that I will be sure this time will work? Used to have old Kubota that had work lights mounted to the canopy that were more than adequate.

I put on two sets of the cheapest flood/driving lights I could find onto the top of my canopy - $25/pair at Autozone. I aimed two forward and two backwards. They're not impressively bright, but are more than adequate when it's actually dark, especially when clearing snow (since everything is white).

PS - check out how f'n deep that snow is I'm chewing up!!

Yikes. We've had snow like that just twice since I moved to (Southern State?) Maryland in '98, and both times it was a bear to clear. Now, I think I am ready, with a big tractor with a front plow. Probably won't get squat for snow... Which is okay, since I don't have no stinkin' cab, anyway.
