2014-01-29, 1819 Surprisingly, she wasn't pissed at all...but that might be just to lull me into complacency. I'll sleep with one eye open tonight... Anyway, got delivered and I gave it a bit of a run on the road. This tractor has worked and not just something in a garage or pole barn. But, some wire-brushing here and there and a few cans of spray paint (Deere green, of course) and it'll look brand new. I won't worry about the bucket (loader or backhoe). They lose the paint pretty quickly anyway. The biggest surprise is how easy this tractor shifts. It's a Power-Reverser and the gear and range shifts are much easier and more positive then my 4400 is <img src="http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/files/rural-living/409205-good-morning-deere-4520001-jpg"/>
Nice Roy, good to hear that you don't have to sleep in your truck but yea, one eye open would be a wise idea.
Best of luck with her.
