Headlight Grill help needed

My Mitsubishi front grill is molded plastic.
Simply not available but I did have all the bits and pieces.
I used a hot glue gun and scraps of PVC as backer and simply hot glued the grill back together. So far (like 5-6 years) it has held up very well.
Many other plastic parts have been fixed with this method including my trailer fenders. Try it.
Roughing the parts helps as well as fusing the broken parts.

WIRE MESH
If you go to the local lumber supply they will have galvanized stucco mesh in 2' X 8' sections.
It will look good and it is fine for the job. Cost should be under $10.00

I would use epoxy type glue. The two part kind or JB weld and use something, maybe a strip of metal as a backer and lay it down in there and goop the glue to it.

I repaired the ABS plastic grey water tank on our camper by welding it. Used scraps of the ABS pipe fittings for stock.

I found a pair of bolt on rectangular running lights . About the same size as headlights on my 1700. Silicon-ed them in from the back and wired them up. Clear Lens Halogen Lights. From the front looks like original lens. Halogen bulbs. Lights up the whole field.
