Maybe worth checking with this Guy. He runs a add often and there's a grill etc. on this one.

Yanmar Tractor parts assorted

I'm sure that's not all the parts he has. His list changes every post. There is a couple Grills listed by part # not just in the Pic. and cheap!

Yep! Clemsonfor it sure does. I believe they call them Rice Patties!

I like to keep my 3 1/2 Decade old Factory Org.. But if I have to I'll use a little Ingenuity. Not yet and that was the first thing I asked the dealer was were he get this from? Which he never did answer that question....

This is what my parts says. HG-2310 Head Light Grille "Will Fit" a 2020 "When Used With" HL-4312 Lower front Grille. Matches Hoyes #'s also. It clearly is saying you need both for the HG-2310 to work.

Thanks guys. I called the guy Carey mentioned and no luck there either. Gary Jamieson was a no as well. I may see if I can fiberglass repair it and shoot it back. I just hate to spend all of the time and effort for a prt of the tractor that just isn't used and when it is it doesn do that much..ya know what I mean???? The search goes on.

Is it possible to make a template out of card-box, then buy a small sheet of aluminum or steel, trace your pattern down and cut it out with a jigsaw, prime and paint black.

You don't need a welder, since you could bend the ears that would secure the grill with pliers.

If seen several OEM Plastic tractor grills that were replaced with steel or stainless steel woven wire mesh. It made for great looking grills, and better radiator protection against tree branches and sharp objects.

Edit:, Not "If", but rather "I've".

If you have all or most of the pieces glue it back together. It's a no-brainer. I repaired mine many years ago, using peel-and-stick floor tile as a backer.

As far as the woven wire mesh that you folks have mentioned previously - what size opening and wire diameter do you think would work best? Did you use stainless steel? Aluminum? Plain steel? I think I found a pretty solid source that is local to me 301 Moved Permanently and I am planning to go down tomorrow to see what they have on the shelf for a half decent price. Any pointers help, thanks.

Go with as small an opening as possible to protect your radiator. The woven wire mesh should be strong enough that if you took your fist and punch it, it would absorb the impact without deforming it's shape. It's ok if it flex a little, but you want it solid, stiff and sturdy. It should repel and break tree limbs to prevent damage to your radiator.
