SCUT TLB's are great machines, I'd love to have one myself... But like every machine, they have their limitations. You may find the lifting power of the machine disappointing, especially if you try extending the weight out with a grapple, forks, etc. I'd also recommend a zero turn mower for your grass requirements over a tractor ANY DAY.

I don't know which tractor would be the right answer for you, as you have some challenging geographical features ... Maybe the dingo, or other mini skid steer would work.

The rocks don't look like it will be a big deal. If you have some real big ones just roll them on a old car hood or something similar and skid them away.
The concrete is also not a major issue. You are not going to just grab it and drive away - my 50hp yep, my 25D nope, but the big machine will also trash the yard and not fit nearly as well as the BX. All you need to do is lift one end up with the hoe, get a log and lay it in the middle then drop/knock the concrete over on it. The log will help concentrate the force and it will crack - may take a try or two. If it is well reinforced just use a grinder and cutting wheel for the metal. A track how would be quicker but not something that can't be done with a small machine.

Although I believe Massey makes the best tractor in the SCUT category, go with the dealer who will treat you best....

Based on the description and pictures, I am a little concerned you might be a disappointed it the performance of these little machines. There are always creative ways to make it work, but seem like you've set your expectations pretty high.

Is there a home depot that has the rentals near you ? if so see if they rent the BX , they do at one near me . Or have the dealer bring out a machine and demo it .

Or get a few round poles and use them like cavemen would, lay them on the ground perpendicular to your travel and have someone keep putting exited one in front of the load... might even work for the dock too! Pictures or video please!

Another good idea... rent the BX for a half day or day and see if you like it... I bet you do!

All of this is steering me to Kubota. The dealers I have talked have all been great, but I am just afraid that the tractor with a 600lb lift capacity may be a little too light. I can only buy one tractor and it needs to be the right choice.
Attached are some pictures of rockeries that need to be redone, concrete that needs to be demo'ed & removed, and rocks I need to move.

Looking for insight as to whether a BX25 would be a good choice to lift these heavy items? I also need to lift a dock, to replace some dock floats.

According to the respective manufacturer's specifications, the lift capacity to full height of the Kubota is slightly higher ( 10%) at 518 pounds vs. 470 lbs. for the MF. Breakout force at the bucket edge is slightly higher as well, at 992 lbs. vs. 950 lbs. These are the ratings at the approximate edge of the bucket. Be sure you are comparing the lift capacity at the same place. There is a big difference in lift at the pivot pin vs. the edge of the bucket. These machines are limited in lift capacity because the manufacturers want the rear wheels to stay on the ground, not because of inherent fragility.

Good info and I can attest to lifting the rear wheels. That is why I love keeping my BH on all the time unless I need another rear implement for a specific job.

This is the data I was going by for the GC1720 with DL95 loader.
Lifting height at Pivot = 73"
Lifting Height under level bucket = 65"
Max. Load at Max height = 870 lbs
Max. Load at bucket edge (20" from pin) 580 lbs
Max. lift at pin at 1 meter = 1050 lbs
Max load at 1.0 meter (20" from pin) = 760 lbs
Max lift at ground level = 1400 lbs
Max lift at ground level (20" from pin) = 920 lbs
Front axle capacity = 1940 lbs
Rear axle capacity = 2094 lbs

And the post.

All of this 20" from the PIN stuff is hard for me to follow, and for sure you know the BX 25 better than me. Do all these tractors lift the same or does one stick out more than the other? The BX25 is great in many ways for what I need to do. If it will do the job for me, its the one I should probably buy.
"992 lbs." - does this mean the Kubota will lift a 992lb weight?

I personally would NEVER put money down on a tractor that I had never seen or driven.....Period
