This is the data I was going by for the GC1720 with DL95 loader.
Lifting height at Pivot = 73"
Lifting Height under level bucket = 65"
Max. Load at Max height = 870 lbs
Max. Load at bucket edge (20" from pin) 580 lbs
Max. lift at pin at 1 meter = 1050 lbs
Max load at 1.0 meter (20" from pin) = 760 lbs
Max lift at ground level = 1400 lbs
Max lift at ground level (20" from pin) = 920 lbs
Front axle capacity = 1940 lbs
Rear axle capacity = 2094 lbs
And the post.

All of this 20" from the PIN stuff is hard for me to follow, and for sure you know the BX 25 better than me. Do all these tractors lift the same or does one stick out more than the other? The BX25 is great in many ways for what I need to do. If it will do the job for me, its the one I should probably buy.
"992 lbs." - does this mean the Kubota will lift a 992lb weight?
Kubota CUT'S/SCUT's aren't necessarily known for their high strength loaders across the industry, but they are all basically close enough that you can almost ignore the loader lift strength from any model.
Massey just changed their supplier for their loaders, and in some cases, the loaders have higher lift specs than their predecessors. The DL95 vs DL100 is one such case.
Base your decision on the overall tractor feel to you, and the dealer
Regarding the Massey loader/backhoe. They have new models with increased lifting capacity. The new loader is the DL95, the old one is the DL100. I forget the backhoe model numbers at the moment. IF you end up with a Massey, make sure you know what you are getting, there is mixed stock out there.
On the other hand, I'm not sure the increased capacity is very valuable because they have not changed the load capacity of the front axle. So if you're not careful and properly ballasted, you would be putting the front axle at risk.
Isn't Massey's new DL100 a significant increase over the old DL95 loader, something like 400 pounds more, while the old DL95 loader was already stronger than Kubota's BX25?
I was swapping emails with the Massey Rep this morning. He was doing his best to make things right, and from pictures and videos that I see; I really like the Massey. However, there is no easy 3 function valve, or bucket grapple system that I see. There are not a lot of aftermarket products available for it either. That working in concert with being completely bent at a few massey dealers, not having any local support and not having the tractor that I want is really steering me to the Kubota.
I haven't bought anything yet, but I cant help but feel I would be "settling" for Kubota if I am being honest. Maybe it would be a moot point if I brought one home?
