Who's making dump trailers that are painted, rather than powder coated these days? I'm shopping 14K dump trailers, so I'm not set on a brand yet.

Not sure. All I have seen lately are powder coated.

If i were to order one I would get it in primer then Rhino Line the whole dump box and paint the chassis.

Thanks....I hadn't thought of that option. I was thinking of having the dump box line with one of the the commercial Line-X coatings, but hadn't thought of the chassis.

LoadTrail offers both PC and auto paint. I wish I had opted for the later as PC just doesn't hold up or touch up easy.

I looked through their site, and their ordering process, and it appears that paint/PC depends on which facility the trailer is manufactured at...they don't list it as an actual option (at least in the dump trailers I was looking at).

Find your local LT dealer, they'll take care of you.

I was actually there yesterday...less than 10mi from my house. They called me back with a quote today on a low-pro 16' 14K dump....roughly $7200 and nearly $8K after tax, title, etc. I didn't think to ask if they could process an Ag exemption or not.
