Interesting comments.
I hope what I'm doing actually solves my issues.

Switch everything over to this. multi-connector.jpg

I have that connector on an Avant 528. It works with pressure in the lines, motor running, you can't hook it up backwards.

What is it?
I mean, I know it's a bulkhead with a handle that makes it assemble, but what make/model/type/etc.
Details man, details!

I still have hopes for my manifold, but that thing certainly is cool.

I don't know where you can get it. It's made by a company called "faster" it's Italian. If you find a source let me know, I have not tried to find it.

That's what this thread started out as, till I accidentally hijacked it completely.
Well, pliers to depress the seal in the bottom, to release the pressure.
Hopefully I won't need one now, but if I do, A cheap c-clamp will have to be sacrificed. I'm tired of beating on it.

They are made by Faster Hydraulics, and cost $600+. John Deere uses them on some of thier larger machines.

I have two implements that use it. I'm thinking of making one set of lines quick disconnect at the implement and then using that set of lines to power a couple other things, a grapple and also a home made log splitter. It'll save some $$.

Sad to say I'd be ponying up to maintain the awesomeness. Do you have a supplier that you get 'em from?
