I got the lift linkage fabricated yesterday for the jd 110 snowblower. It works great ! Also I robbed a couple hubcaps off my other jd to see how the 110 would look ? I actually like them on it !:thumbsup:

Today I decided to take my little air compressor that has sat around for several years and scuff it up with sandpaper along with my 30 year old portable air tank and slap some yellow paint on them. Then I decided to install larger tires on the rear and next I will install front tires on it with a wagon type pull handle . Also I want to build a cradle bracket to carry the portable air tank cross wise on the rear for easy pick up use.:cool2:

Today I fabricated the front axle and attached the front steering wheels. I need to build the brackets for the handle yet and build the rack for the portable air tank on the back . These were the old junker tires from my articulating Bolens . I had to torch off the two rear wheels so I was glad i was able to make them work on something after all. Four more tires used up , yippee !:cool2::dance1::cool2::dance1::cool2::dance1:

Ha, Ha , that would be pretty cool !!
We returned from a great spring Vacation. Today I fired up the grader for the first time this year and fired up Deb's rear engine JD 68 . While raking leaves today I found two spots of ice 4 inches thick . Tomorrow I will fire up three more tractors. I did a little welding in the shop today. :dance1:

No, the loader is just for looks , just a conversation piece at tractor shows.
Sixteen tractors now running . Today I had to remove the carb off the Wards/jd 730 narrow front and clean it and readjust it. Now it runs great ! Also fired up the last two jd 110 round fender tractors. Also a pic of the Cub Cadet running in the back shed. Good feeling when they are all running for the first time after sitting 6 long months. :thumbsup:

On my morning walk I spotted 25 garden tractor tires and rims sitting by the road for trash pickup. I hopped in my truck and picked out the nicest 12 . So now I have 12 more to add to my other 16 , ha,ha. I also saw a bunch of steel tubing on another street but it was already gone:confused3:

As I get older I am slowing down a lot. But happy to say I have walked 100 miles in the last three weeks trying to get in better shape. Yesterday I dragged a little toy jeep home from the neighbors trash . I hand sanded it and repainted and and rewired it with a garden tractor battery. Today I will clean all the connections and try to get it running for my little grandson.

Todays project in my little workshop is to sand down and fill the gouges and a few holes in the plastic fenders on the JD Z-trak I bought last fall for $600.00 . It was not in perfect shape for that price but it works excellent . Also here is a 2 wheel dolly that has sat for several years unused . I am going to tweak it into a Horizontal/Vertical Garden tractor attachment mover .:thumbsup:

Todays project shows the 2 wheel dolly now with a larger , wider rear axle . Also I added some bracing . You can also see I increased the size of the tires a bit:thumbsup:
