They have been doing this for 20yrs++ with out any problems that I can find.

Well I finally made my final decision on a 3220!! After I found out that the 2620 and bigger tractors have real alternators instead of a Dynamo and have aux hydraulics from the factory it was an easy decision. The price diff between the 2620, 2820 and 3220 is incremental but really goes up at the 3820.

I did not have my gooseneck with me to test the 3pt but I'm sure it's good. It started up with out them having any idea I would want to look at one much less start it!

It raised the tractor up in the air with the front loader with the eng at 750 rpm's never touching the toe gas pedal. It had no blow by, no leaks and new everything.

The rims have 4 diff mounting pounts for the rim centers and we were able to get it down to 55" and I think another variation may get me down to 54.5".

I will also be getting a v2 backhoe, 60" Yanmar tiller and a vtek 66" box blade. The tiller is refurbished with new tines, everything else is new.

I am finally excited about this machine.

.I wish you the best with your purchase! It must be VN tractors in Mesquite Tx. They have been at it for some time.. I thought they quit selling yanmars after the Lawsuit

Congratulations! I'd love to have a backhoe to pop out all the stumps I have (and am making) on my property! I hope you get a lot of years of great use out of it!

I don't know about larger tractors having factory installed aux hydraulics... I haven't found any on my 3110D.. I added aux hydraulics when I installed my grapple

The aux hyd's were on the 2620 and bigger. They were NOT on any of the 10 or fx series.

Ok, I misunderstood your post.. I thought you meant larger in hp size tractors of any series.. you are talking about the 20 series models ?

I did find out that they are an approved seller... they just aren't approved to use the yanmar name... Maybe they are doing a much better job of re-furbishing of the tractors than B-4

If it was put together well, it will serve you well. I have had no problems out of mine

?? Can you explain this a little more?

Sure.. as a result of the Lawsuit...VN 1 ,and Fredricks have an agreement with Yanmar to be able to legally sell tractors, provided all approved safety equipment ,and decals in English have been installed (there maybe a few more requirements as well)...These are the only 2 establishments that have agreements to sell tractors.... VN 1 isn't allowed to use /sell under the Yanmar name, etc,. this is the reason they sell the tractors under the YNM logo.. Fredricks is the only dealer allowed to sell under the Yanmar name.. I have been told (by a reliable source) that VN 1 has been audited to make sure they maintain compliance with the terms and conditions set in the agreement.

Now, I know a little more than I knew

I've read Fredricks explanation on their website.

I didn't know VN came to a similar agreement. That's good to hear. Do they have a public statement posted somewhere explaining this?

And, Tradin1 said he was told "they replace the bearings and rings in every tractor they sell." Have they really shifted over to full reconditioning? This is big news for potential customers if VN 1 has reduced the likelyhood of the customer receiving a nightmare unit. That 'roll of the dice' gamble on quality was what buried the importer in N California a few years ago when their warranty returns overwhelmed them, and orphaned their po'd retailers and customers.

If VN 1 can convince the public they are comparable to Fredricks they should do well. Are they promoting their new direction?
