Dump trailers

I used to have a 16' PJ low profile gooseneck dump but I sold it this week. It hauled my skid steer or backhoe just fine. I sold it because we bought a dump truck. It was a great trailer and ideal for a property owner because it is so versatile. I hauled dirt, gravel, tree branches, equipment, building materials, etc.

The dump truck was a better fit for us because we do hauling of dirt and gravel for people and the trailer was hard to get into some of the places we have to dump and it required two trips to move the material and machines to a jobsite. Now I make one trip with the dump truck and a pintle trailer.

I had 2 bigtex 14 gooseneck dump trailers. The fit and finish and over quality was just horrible. The dealer took them back and ordered me a B-WISE dump trailer. You should see this things its like the ferrari of trailer. Anyways I have a Bobcat ct450. I can get just the tractor with loader on, but not the backhoe. Its a 14 gooseneck

Hey you got a photo of that bwise? I have been checking those out myself and everything i read says that the old owner of bri mar is the owner of B-wise and builds top quality stuff! they also just bought back bri mar. I have a kioti dk40 and i think its just less HP than what you have. a photo of your tractor on that trailer would be really great!

Like I said its like the ferrari of trailers all top notch. Even the cylinder for the dump is built by hand in shop. I got my from https://www.trailersuperstore.com they took the bigtex back and order me the bwise. I have a new gooseneck deckover I'm thinking of trading it in on a bwise model.

I will try to take a pic of dump. I don't have any with the machine on it. I only tried it once since I have a deck over to move my machine

I have a 16' Cross Country trailer. 80" wide and came with ramps and D-ring tie down points welded in the bed. I've only hauled the tractor a couple times with it. Usually the tractor is hauled on my PJ 22' tilt bed. It's easier to chain down the tractor on the PJ.

What kind are you getting?

Sorry I did not get back very quickly.
Great Northern dump trailer with GN and equipment bed on the GN.
They build really great quality but are a bit overwhelmed with a hugh order from Oregon DOT as I understand it, thus a bit of a wait. Looked at the other usual suspects but just could not do it with their reputation on problems.. I have a 10K Great Northern flatbed that is also great but is not in the weight class I need for new equipment. Went with dump for versatility as I can haul road gravel as well.

Bwise was the Bri in BRI-MAR trailers. I've looked at the Bwise units and wasn't that impressed with the deckover I saw. He's got some nice options on the dumps but they are very heavy. So the trade off is capacity.
