My wish list would be the Industrial tractors that they all used to make. Only real industrial tractor is JD-210 and a Case 530?, Massey, Ford, Oliver, Allis Chalmers, and others all used to make heavy industrial tractors from 40-75 hp, in a heavy, low, body. Most came with steel wheel weights, loaders, high flow hydralics, power shuttle transmission; some had no 3 point and/or PTO, others had PTO and 3 pt, some even had down pressure (good for grading, not so much for plowing 800 acres). The JD-110 is gone, and the loader wasn't very heavy duty anyways. More Power shuttles in 40-60 HP range; people would drop the HST vs gear debate once and for all.

Exactly why I got rid of my CUT and bought the JCB I have now. 4 wheel steering, twice the hydraulic flow and twice the pressure, loader capacity over 4,000 pounds, downpressure in the 3 point, Shuttle shift tranny, 75 hp perkins.

A good sized tractor weighs more than 5800 pounds. A 5800 pound tractor could pull harder than the tool cat. Another problem is the SSQA is too wide to fit between the back tires and allow enough clearance to hook up the pto,

My 45 hp bobcat tractor with a loader and cab weighed less than 5,000 pounds without attachments. A tractor in the same HP range as the toolcat would likely weigh less.

Toolcat is 61 HP and 5,800 lbs.
Kubota M6060 63.5 hp with cab weighs 5,300

Just glancing at a few sites it looks like you have to go into a 80+ hp tractor to get in the 6,000 pound range.

What is the flow? (cannot find any specs on the 212su)

But what do you have other than 4 wheel steer that a 75HP ag tractor dont have?

Deere 5055e is 5500# without cab...................................................55hp
Deere 5065m is 7800# with cab......................................................65hp
case farmall 65a is 5700# (shipping weight)......................................65hp
new holland T4.55 is 6200# with cab (shipping weight........................55hp
new holland TD5010 is 7600# with cab.............................................60hp
case 425 is 6300#..........................................................................65hp
mahindra 6500 is 6300#................................................................54hp

Not have to go anywhere near 80HP to well exceed the weight of the tool cat

Edit: also note that all those weights are without loader (which is included in the toolcats 5800#). So easily add another 1500-2000#. Probably most 40-45HP tractors with loaders will at least equal the weight of a toolcat.

You're right: My NX6010 cab is 4600 pounds empty. Add another 1100 or more for the loader (loader weight is unpublished in so far as I know). Then ballast.

And you can add about 1500 pounds by loading the tires on that size machine. The Tool cat tires are much smaller so loading the tires isn't as effective.

Thats probably really conservative.

My little L3400 loader weights are in the manual. 900# for loader + 260# for bucket. So my little tractors loader adds 1160#, I would guess yours it at least 1500#

My LA724 loader has a published weight of 1100 pounds. I don't know if that includes the bucket. The La724 bucket is a good bit bigger and heavier duty than the LA534 bucket.

Which Perkins do you have in that machine?
