I went with a pivot and chain. Allows for uneven terrain and some give if you hit something unplanned.

Hello again, Well my new 2555 Cab, Shuttle, W/Backhoe arrived today.
Now comes the question: I have 1 rear remote and I want to know if I can use it to run the left and right cylinders on my plow. I don't have a 3rd function kit yet and it may be a while before that is an option. Will the rear remote work that way? If I can use the valve that way how do I make it work?

What I have heard is for single acting cylinders, you plumb one line to one cylinder and the other line to the other cylinder then the two act like one double acting cylinder.

How is that not the perfect setup?
I much prefer a pair of sa cylinders as opposed to one da.
Equal forces, equal speeds, and equal volumes of fluid means you can use a simple crossover relief for protection

I'm new to owning any kind of tractor larger that a garden tractor, so I'm loaded with questions. I'm going to move forward with my project based on the information received. With that I need to get some male hydraulic fitting to connect to the rear remote. from the part manual on my backhoe the fitting is a ATI15512. Question: is that a standard fitting to most tractors or is Mahindra an odd ball?

GPintheMitten the link you provided was great, I printedr out the sizing chart and it turns out that the 2555 uses the ISO 7241-1 Series A 1/2" quick disconnect coupler. I'll order some today... Thank you for the help.
