I dug thru the spray paint can collection on the shelf and used the stuff that was most gathering dust. I've already been reminded, with rolling of the eyes, by the Wife that my colors clash!!!

My wife is the one that taught me about colors that clash too. Just figured I would show off my new vocabulary. :cool2: Ed

What is it with the color matching? I took the dogs (3) to the vet to get their yearly shots and my wife said she would meet me there. First thing she says to me "that pink leash doesn't match the green collar". Who cares. The dogs didn't mind it at all..

Now, now, the pooch might have its feeling hurt if he went out without being color coordinated. A lot of women are real picky about things like that.

I guess that's why we have them around. We'd still be dragging our knuckles without em.

About once a year my wife brings me the pile of my T-shirts for culling to the shop rag pile. I'll wear a T-shirt until it won't hang on my shoulders any longer without adult supervision......

Very nice Richard, that oughtta stay where you put it. I always make my stuff lightweight so I can move it around but whenever I have to reef on something I have "the other problem". I don't see a locking pin in that collapsable support on the cutting table.

Sodo, thanks for the compliments. No locking pin. First time it falls without warning I'll adjust fire. I'd hafta to bounce it hard enough for the top to lift, then both of the hinged braces to lift high enough to go over center and fold. We'll see.

My shop gets used for family gatherings. I have a 4 post drive-on hoist that becomes the Buffet Table.

They'd BOTH have to fold upward to drop the shelf, so you get more safety via statistical un-probability. But if a cart rolled up against one supports one time and knocked it overcenter (and it stayed, unnoticed), then later the other one is bumped up overcenter. But it's probably down most of the time, right? Could be a real pincher (or shear) if someone had fingers around the shelf frame trying to stop it.

You are a lucky man that the family wants to gather at your place. You're lucky to have a nice shop, and I always say anyone who has a life that requires a tractor is lucky. But the family gathering is solid evidence that you made (at least some) good life choices! That's a luxury I don't have (but I ain't dead yet).
