Know anything about habitation sites?

Tree knocks made me think Big foot also... that really stinks now he's going to build himself a log cabin and probably want to vote next.... Stinking Big Foots!... taking all our jobs next:thumbdown:

My saw and mickey mouse ears where found in a different area than I was working neatly nestled together. I must have CRS.

Was there an empty bottle of Whiskey right near them... might explain it?

Amen one saw is blasphemy what happens when you pinch it? Not that I'd ever do such a thing mind you...

Axes, machetes, using a tractor and tow strap to relieve the pressure, whatever it takes.

Oops, I forgot to include the electric pole-mounted chainsaw im my tool inventory.

Quite a few years ago not long after we bought the property, I lost, somewhere along a track around our hill, a snigging chain about 4m long. Had clevis hooks on each end. About a year later, falling a tree in the same vicinity, I started limbing the dropped tree and found it had landed on a similar chain, about twice as long and with one hook and a ring on the other end. Still don't know where my shorter chain is, but the "new" one has done a lot of work since :)
I have also sometimes misplaced my wife in larger shopping centres, but usually persist in looking until I find her, as it would be even more trouble to find another one ;)

Especially, a taller one with a new ring on her finger?

Now we're all trying to find the right saw.

Anyway, I've cut up and piled up about 80 hours of burn piles getting fed with my tractor with my MS250 on the new parcel alone, and the MS250 is still going strong. I've had the saw for 7 years and it has never sat around long enough for me to bother thinking about storing it. I've changed out the spark plug and air filter.

I run non-oxigenated premium (no ethanol) and use Stihl's synthetic oil

Not to hijack the thread.
I opened up the muffler on my Ms250 and turned the high screw up this past weekend. It runs great! Start and idle are still the exact same but it has been pulling full on buried in elm and hickory like a bigger saw. I also run the same mix as you.

I lost my tractor for a frantic hour in the woods when I walked away from it trying to find a path to make with the fewest trees to remove. If it would have been a JD I might have never found it.

That's why we bought a Kubota too.

Although sometimes in the fall....

I don't have to be in the woods to loose things especially bolts and screws that I drop on a concrete floor and sometimes never find again. I cant say as I ever lost something as big as a chain saw. My brother in law lost a 25' tow chain working in his yard and never found it.

Those bolts and screws are usually easy to find - just kneel!

My sister lost her wristwatch while helping repair a potato digger in the field - we looked every down moment but could not find it ! The next spring I was servicing irrigation equipment and when I got to that area I literally walked over to it and picked it up and it was still running on the correct time.
