So for all the people who arent in favor of these pickups, what is the major turn off?

All I want is 4x4, radio, AC, manual windows, rubber floor, manual trans. That would make me soo happy. Can't order a fullsize truck to those specs even if you try the commercial side:mur:

Yes you can but ram is the only one. You have to get the diesel for the manual trans. I order all my trucks with rubber floor. Don't have any desire to go back to manual windows or locks but last I heard you can get manual windows on ram.

Cost, depriciation and almost complete inability to work on them. Heck, just running out of fuel requires a computer to restart.

What PsRumors said. WAY overpriced and not worth a dime once you buy it. I quit trading vehicles in because I'm sick of losing a ton of money every time. Better off to run it until it turns to dust, then go buy another.
And I just can't see myself spending that much on something that doesn't make me money.

I used to be in the commercial RV delivery business along with trucking, and it was interesting to note that many of the big logistics companies and owner/ops like myself didn't even buy new pickups. They mostly all got them used or from auctions. What does that tell you?
Those people make a living with their trucks and don't/can't spend on new. Yet many people will buy that 85 thousand dollar truck to drive to the grocery store and look cool??

I have had about 7 or so vehicles with a manual transmission. Never again. Give me a 6 or 8 speed automatic any day of the week.
