Unreal, so after sourcing the parts that were missing, rigging all the lines, getting everything tight and cleaned up, I find out that there is interference between the 3 point lever and the #1 remote station lever.

It just blows my mind that this stuff can be passed off as factory accessories. What a joke.

Can you take a picture of where it interferes? I have not noticed that my install. I can go look to compare if it helps.

It interferes when the 3 point control lever is in the "up" and the remote lever is operated in the "down" direction.

They meet end to end so that neither can achieve full range of motion within their own operational ranges.

I'm going to have to remove the remote control lever and bend it to make it all work without interference, which after all the other issues, is not surprising in the least.

Hmm, I don't have that issue on my install. Which valve type is in the #1 position? I recall that #1 should only be used for the standard DA valve. Either of the detent valves needs to be in #2 or #3 positions.

The first position is the closed center standard valve.

I'm planning on just pulling the operating lever and bending it away from the 3 point lever, just above the sheet metal panel. It won't effect range of motion, but should help clear the interference.

Have the same interference issue on my 3rd spool. Have to drop the 3pt an inch to push it right. Of course mine was a custom install I did myself. It's been that way for well over a year & I still can't be bothered to get around to taking the fender or lever off to bend it to fit.

Here's a pic of my levers. I can make the #1 lever almost barely touch the 3-pt lever if I push it all the way, but at that point the valve is well past being actuated in that direction. In actual use, I don't think I have ever pushed it that far -- I don't look down at the lever at all, I look at the rear implement while moving the lever. That suggests that in practical experience, it's not an issue. The #1 valve is basically cracked all the way open before the lever would get near the 3-pt.



Can you post a picture of your setup?

Only other thing I would check is to make sure the plastic cap is screwed all the way down on the #1 lever. If for some reason it was sticking up too far, it would swing a bigger radius and could get closer to the 3-pt lever than it's supposed to.

Mine is identical to yours above, except my resting postion is more centered in the cutout than yours..... which yours looks to be so close to the upper limit that it seems would hinder full range of motion?

I haven't noticed any limitations -- the valves crack open to full flow well before I get near any of the stops.
