Homemade Tracked mini dumper

Installing the engine. Two stroke gasoline engine, 100cc 5 horsepower. I know it's a bad idea, but I do not have another engine. The engine made in 1982, but I set a new piston with the cylinder seals and bearings. After I'll change the compression ratio, set a petal valve and a new carburetor.

Great project. Nothing better then doing it yourself!!!! Are you going to add any rollers to the bottoms of your tracks to increase surface pressure?


How far are you from Kharkov? I have family there. What about Dnepropetrovsk? My brothers girlfriend lives there.

The idea with using the tire for a track is a new one for me and a good idea.

The tire is an excellent material for making tracks, it is readily available and cheap. And pretty strong, in the rubber is steel wire rope, synthetic yarn.

that is beautiful, well thought out. love your idea. is there a need to have adjustable tension on the tracks to keep them from rolling off?

In the front wheels is screw for adjustable tension caterpillars. In order to not slipped caterpillar in future I set metal guide plate. Now the lack of free time, so the project was suspended. Later I will show to be a lot of photos and videos.
