Not fanning the flames here, but this is one of my reasons for the list you see on the left. Kubota has come through for me since 1985, You treat me right, I respond in kind.

When dealing with any problem like this - make sure you document everything, who you talked to, when you talked to them - dates, times and how often. Keep a log. May need it down the road

That is extremely important. Yet who does it? In court, such documentation can make or break a case. It's also not a bad idea to record any conversations pertaining to the matter. Later, when they deny saying something, the evidence will show them for what they are.

The early 2305 CUT with the flimsy pto in the transaxle the subcontractor sold them. Don't know if it was Tuff Torq, Sundstrand or who ?

Didn't know there was one. Interesting.

Good to keep in mind that Federal law permits recording of phone conversations if only one party knows of it and consents. BUT, some states require that all parties consent, with criminal penalties for violation.

Very doubtful.
Deere will stand behind their customers.

Surely there is a better Kubota example than that? (About Kubota Corp itself not a crummy Kubota DEALERSHIP). Really, I would assume there is...
