LOL. Some places snow more than a couple times a year.
Debating with someone about what works best for them is really not much of a debate. If you can't understand why someone would want a pickup with a bed cover so be it but that doesn't' mean there aren't some good reasons.
Here is one. The ability to clock up and protect various items from weather and theft as well as use the truck bed for larger items when necessary. Everything from golf clubs to tools can be secured with a bed cover and still haul furniture for example when you need to move.. Some people find that useful.
Must bee a Michigan thing...I have had some type of cap on my truck since 1976..I love having cap also ... Dry, lockable storage, good for family trips, good for the dog too! Still enough room to haul most your stuff..

My BIL is a general contractor has had nothing but 1/2 t GM in the 45 yrs I have known him. Guess he didn't know they are no good for work.
Great looking truck...I love having a topper. When it comes to hunting and fishing everyone is asking for me to drive. It's easy enough to take off for hauling dirt, gravel or mulch but I have a trailer for that.
I don't tow much more than 5k anymore. With this truck, it's stress free towing at it's finest. I love it!
This is my 70k mile 2007 F250 V10. The more I look at new trucks the more I love the one I have!
