You're gonna love it. The integrated brake control system works really well. Unbelievable amount of power.
DEF is injected into a particulate filter to burn off the particles. Too much DEF, clogged system, too little DEF, clogged system. You need to further your general knowledge.
But would DEF, which is mostly water, pass thru the fuel filters and actually get to the injectors in enough quantity to cause valve issues?
It will mess up your engine.
No pictures, it didn't happen!!!!![]()
Wish I hadn't mentioned pics....... Now I'm jealous...... Well, maybe envious is a better term.....
If I bought a new truck I'd head straight to the farm and hookup the GN, load on a tractor, and cruise.![]()
If you were to sit in it, then you'd really be envious!
I'm gonna try to get 500 +/- miles on it before I hook the fiver up (Ford suggest 1k). Headed to STL tomorrow for a field trip with my daughter, and maybe a day trip to STL with the family this weekend. That'll get me close, then if I can find the time, next weekend the hitch goes in and the fiver gets hooked up for a test pull and fine tuning the hitch. I can't wait to see how this thing does with the extra 10k lbs behind it. The difference in power over my 6.4L is just astonishing empty, so I can only imagine the difference loaded.
Was your 6.4 tuned and deleted. Also, you going to delete this one?
