I have decided to not accept any more snow at my house.
I have decided to not accept any more snow at my house.
I'm in the 5"to10" range according to this map. Hopefully the low side.
Heavy snow to push through NH Friday through Saturday
That sounds expensive. Reminds me of an article I read about the Keweenaw Peninsula (the finger of the UP that sticks up into Lake Superior) may years ago. They average over two hundred inches of snow per year, and many people just stop shoveling and put sheets of plywood across the top of their walkways when the banks get high enough.
We're also in the 5-10 on that map, 6-12 according to NWS and 12-20 according to Wunderground.
I'll forecast retroactively on Monday![]()
Mt Sunapee says 14" and 4-8 more forecast today. Plow truck had a rough time clearing the driveway, which was bare yesterday.
Skiing Wednesday, I hope!
