I follow several Mobley threads. In the tractor, phone, and camper forums.... It's entertaining.

Maybe that's what is going on with mine. Since the last at&t refresh to the network, it has not failed. Seems if you have to mess with it....things go array.

Hmm. I restarted mine the other day by flipping the switch on the power strip that both were plugged into. Didn't disconnect router and both restarted fine.

These things do seem to be temperamental and some act different than others. For the most part both my Mobley and router have been staying connected and steady except for the loss of speed the other day. Coincidental I'm sure but that started or was discovered right after logging into account to look at usage and running back to back speed tests.

I am tempted to try to open it up and connect and external antenna. Have looked at the other threads and pictures but no one has explain how easy or hard it is to get apart. Not sure I want to chance damaging it if anything has to be cut or pried but if it's a matter of taking a couple of screws out I will dig into it some day.

From what I've read a 4G LTE antenna has two connections so I assume one of the connections is for the wifi and the other two are for the incoming signal.

Case comes off easy, sodamo had a description back around page 18 or so.
2 screws, then there are a couple tabs in middle of the sides. I take pocket knife blade and pry apart.

3 antenna connections, people say to use the one above the reset switch.

Yup, 2 little screws, find and pop the tabs. Gently but easy to do once you find them.
I believe either of the 2 ports on left side of pic will work. Check while open.
I carefully drilled hole over the port so I could reassemble and poke the adapter thru.
