Well gentlemen, For the lowdown tonight....AND yes, I did tell them to do the 50 hr service the last time it went to the shop and it needed to be on the house since they have put as many or more of those 50 hr's on it as i have.........
Now on to the Story........ After that last phone call i told you guys about with the service manager...and the napa comment.... Miraculously out of the blue about 20-30 minuets later i get a phone call........
It's the Service Manager Again???
Me...hello
Service Manager...Hello , hey listen i do not know why i didn't think of this earlier but, i have sent a guy to the next nearest dealership to get you a filter. Hopefully when he gets back we can get that thing on there and get it back to you.....
ME...That's great!! I will be here at the farm the rest of the afternoon..
Service Manager......Ok If we get the filter back and on it, and have a truck we will bring it back this afternoon.....That's if we have a truck...I cannot guarantee that we will, due to other deliveries.....
Me......Ok, sounds good.........do your best, but just make sure it's fixed.....Thanks again
Service manager.....Well think it is we been over it pretty thoroughly and cannot find any issues so hopefully we have it fixed and in good shape for you...
Me....I sure hope so, just call if you need to. otherwise i will be here looking for it today.....
WOULD YOU KNOW IT....around 4 pm today i got my tractor back......and i ran the **#@ out of it for the rest of the evening mowing hay and so far no hydraulic shakes vibrations or anything else....got a few drips of diesel near filter. figure that may be from the changeover, should self correct. the draft control works and seems to be functioning properly.......Time will tell on that one......
SO THE RUNDOWN...... The tractor seems to be in better shape now than it was when i bought it. Considering they put a new hydraulic pump, new mid mount loader valve, new mid mound hydraulic couplings, new hydraulic filter housing and filter, new remote hydraulic block under seat and draft control sensor, all new hydraulic fluid, new filters and new vertical exhaust....(my aftermarket upgrade)...........Not to mention 8 or 9 trips picking it up and dropping it off from and too me....and the 1 hour, and 50 mile round trip it cost somebody today to get me a filter.....from the next dealership......and the time it's gonna take them to put the parts back on another new tractor they robbed on the lot instead of making me wait on new holland to ship the parts......:applause::applause:
AND as far as the service manager telling me he went over it thoroughly..........
OVERFLOW FROM THE COOLANT RESERVOIR CAP BEING STRIPPED/OVER TIGHTENED AND JUST PLAIN BROKE.... DONE STOPPED MY HYDRAULIC/FLUID COOLER, PART OF RADIATOR, AND WHATEVER ELSE UP..........WANNA BET THEY GET ANOTHER CALL .........:fiery:
