No kidding, right? I can clean it up no problem when I get home, but he might’ve been able to get a little more for it if he cleaned it up first.

Yes, but it is nice to know how it was really kept. That is a good looking tractor and it was kept in really good condition. A little dirt is good nothing to worry about. I'd look right through that little bit of dirt and look for more important maintenance issues which it sounds like it doesn't have.?

Agreed. I would actually be suspicious if it had been freshly detailed. It has been parked under cover, but in a shed that didn’t have any doors. It probably hasn’t ever been washed in its life, which is fine. I’ll break out the pressure washer when I get it home.
I’m no mechanic, but I work for the fire department and spent years doing daily checks on diesel fire trucks, and I didn’t see anything that made me really worried.

A good buy,it has the larger 723 Kubota loader also.
