How do you chain down your 50 HP tractor for transport?

Good advice and that looks to be the best deal on folding handle ratchet tighteners so I'm going to order a couple of those. Also a couple shackles but one notch down.

I'm going to use 4 pieces of 5/16" #70 chain and have two. Where is the bet place to buy 20' or so that I can cut in half or two 10' pieces?

Don’t spent extra $$ on the “folding handle” ratchet load binders. They improve nothing. The normal ratchet load binder do everything you’ll need.

I'll go there Thursday. Some of these things are regional and not available in all stores. Any more info or details?
I see a 20' Black Hawk brand for $80. How does price compare?

EDIT--There is no size mentioned on the chain I mentioned above.
Must be 3/8" or ? and I need 5/16.
Looks like its not available any more, they used to have Campbell brand chain but its not online any more.

Home Depot has 20' #70 with two grab hooks for $36. Tough to beat that.

E-Bay has two (2) 5/16' x 20' grade 70 chains with hooks for $54.95, with free shipping, and no tax.
That = $27.48 each, and delivered to your door.
Home Depot @$36 with your 5.75% tax would = $38.07

The chains I have now are 5/16, I would prob jump up to 3/8 chains if I was buying more.

My chains are 3/8” as I also have a 10,000 lb. New Holland to tie down. I also use them on my LS XR4155HC. Didn’t make sense to have 2 sets of chains.

3/8" chain is one heavy item. You must be very young.
5/16" solves 99.9% of the problems we would face.
