Simple, it is picked up by warm air masses, usually over the ocean, that moves on and cools down to drop snow.

DThis is all basic science that I learned way back in grade school.

YOu seem to be either trolling or straining real hard to find somthing to argue about. You'll have to look elsewhere.

A simple question and a simple answere. Took a long time to get it.

It seems there was prior talk disclaiming a climate change to hotter. Even impending ice age was mentioned. At present both poles are considered dessert and ice mass is decreasing. Means somewhere in the past there had to be pretty warm weather somewhere for moisture containing clouds to form and precipitate enough moisture for ice to accumulate in the polar hemispheres. Means ocean currents and wind patterns were different to get the moisture laden air to the polar regions. That is not happening at the present moment. It seems there are swaths on earth where desertification is advancing at present.

Can you think at all?

It seems you may be making an assumption that the whole earth and atmosphere was below freezing - - with all oceans frozen over?​

Over and over again we hear from the global warming scientists, along with NOAA and NASA that the planet is warming up because of the data that they have recorded, and then somebody else examines that data and points out that they are either lying, making it up, or the newest trend, adjusting it to make it fit their objective. Once you have an objective, is it science to change historical temperatures and modify current ones to prove your science?

The Earth doesn't care about biased humans manipulating data to promote their various agendas. Ask the melting glaciers if Global Warming is a "Hoax", they tell the truth, they are the truth.

You act as if you think there are folks that believe there are no changes to climate or seasonal shifts taking place...
Have you done any actual research into possible causes other than being told and blindly believing that greenhouse gasses are solely responsible?

IMO the very first sign that an entity is not being 100% honest is when there is absolute definitive proof that numbers have been fudged and consensus percentages have been misconstrued or outright lied about.
