I have been following this thread from the begining and I have found it very interesting. It has gone off in a few different directions but it made me think of something;

We are all reading or members of this forum for one reason and that is our like or some might say love of tractors and anything to do with tractors. However, when it comes to some other things, well there are some strong opinions either way. How ironic!

I think significant progress could be made if we could get back to the Wendy's frosty debate. That was delicious

No it ain't, you don't know a frosty from a blizzard. The best ice cream scientist says vanilla is best. Chocolate just covers the taste. Lol

Vanilla is the absence of taste. That's why people use vanilla as a euphemism for boring. What do you give your wife on St. Valentine's day, a box of vanillas? I think not.

Dont bring candy into this, we were discussing global frosties, not valentines day warming. Those are another topic altogether, that swiss vs hershey debacle, and we know the europeans are biased. Vanilla rules.

IMO the countries that hold the largest, densest areas of rainforests should be becoming the the wealthiest on the planet...because other than the money spent on improving and perfecting technologies like ones that clean and filter emissions, and safe clean energy storage etc., etc...Most all of the grant and study money should be given to said countries to preserve said rainforests...

All the money (billions) being spent forcing an anti green house gas agenda seems foolish considering there is no way to control what goes on beyond our borders etc...

A major stoppage of S.A. deforestation would have an immediate, observable effect on global weather...
I know it's highly unrealistic and an economic conundrum...but it is something that man is capable of doing that would have an instantaneous effect that should interest continued investment...

you can't argue math.

chocolate > vanilla. the delivery system is inconsequential.

When was the last time you read a scientific article touting the health benefits of vanilla?
