Quirky and OCD tendencies..... Anyone else have them?

Now this I don't like to see, dirty faceplates. Many of the other items listed I sometime do, but never obsessive about them.

With 3 or more young kids, its not possible to keep them clean.

Our bathroom door opens OUT into the hallway. The previous owner built it that way to get some more room in the tiny bathroom. Opening out is just plain dangerous. Every few years, the cat will open the door about 8" in the dark, and, of course, I walk that way in the dark to go to bed. WHAM! right in the head or left shoulder. OUCH!!! So, that one gets closed no matter what! :laughing:

Time for one of those hinge pins with the self closing spring in it.

This thread has only propelled me in the wrong direction, definitely not helping my disorder. Every time I take a shower, I have to fiddle with each of the 81 rubber nozzles on the rain shower head so the streams have the same trajectory.

We have a green salad about nightly, wife does all the prep. I have to build it in order each time. Lettuce first, then chopped egg, chopped onion, chopped red pepper, grated mozzarella, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salad dressing, and then shaved almonds and crushed Dorito chips. Other ingredients could be introduced but the listed ingredients must be in order to assure proper taste... and yeah I stir it up before consumption.

I divide letters into groups in words to see if it has an odd or even number. IE toolbox, to-ol-bo-x or even to-olb-ox. I've always done it as long as I can remember..............Mike (mi-ke LOL)

Serious question: What do you do when you buy a new tool? Or when you lose/break/wear out one? One of the things that keeps me from that level of organization is that I'm constantly buying tools.

Only the flathead screwdriver and possibly a hammer. It replaces the hinge pin.
