Spellcheck doesn't like weldOr so maybe it is not a word.

AWS considers weldor a nonstandard term.
They use welder (for the person) and welding machine (for the power source).

There is also a lengthy English rationale on how weldor shouldn't be used, but I'll not bore everyone with it
