Oh boy, you bought some very nice olive oil. Your tasting spread looks gorgeous.
You should state this on your product description. I'm alway hesitant about ordering food items that will not be consumed quickly.<snip>
Our olive oil is going to be excellent for 4 years at a minimum so it is not date critical. WHEN you produce olive oil LOW in acidity, LOW in Peroxide, the olive oil keeps, it doesn't turn rancid. <snip>
I just went through the process of trying to see what you had available on Amazon. It is very frustrating. Sometimes it only displays 1 size and one flavor, other times it gives selections.I come to TractorByNet to cry on your shoulder and also to celebrate wins.
Today is a crying day.
Our olive oil was stocked at Amazon I think it was May 31st.
I still to this day have not been successful getting them to show ALL my products under our Brand.
0.50L AOC, Aglandau, Bouteillan, Grossane, Salonenque STILL are not under my parent Account.
I want them to change the 1 liter and 2 liter from Quarts to Liters, I can't get that done either.
When a user clicks on one of our products over on the right hand side of the webpage they should see the other products/varietals and the various sizes. It does not display properly at all. If you clicked on 0.25L AOC de Provence it shows that the 0.50L is out of stock and it isn't. I have plenty of them in stock. It is so frustrating, support is run out of India, they have a script and God forbid you cannot provide something EXACTLY required in their script.
Over a month later I am still working on getting Amazon to display all of my products and to correctly display all the sizes those are available in. My #1 Best seller is 0.50L AOC de Provence followed close by 0.50L Aglandau and 0.50L Bouteillan. If you manage to find 0.50L AOC de Provence it does not show you that it is also available in 0.25L, 1L & 2L. Do you see how this is a problem for my sales?
Trust me listing on Amazon is not for the faint of heart. I never even put an update on our Facebook page that we have inventory in, because I want people to see it ALL, and still over a month later that is not the situation.
If you manage to find 0.25L AOC de Provence it shows no 0.50L available, if you manage to find 0.50L AOC de Provence it does not show you at all 0.25L., which ARE available. It's H*ll, it's just really H*ll. It is amazing to me that we are selling any at all. I actually will put in a restocking shipment tomorrow, some we are out of. But the way they show my listings it completely unbalances my inventory. And no reviews, I have not gotten practically any reviews, that to is frustrating. I don't know if I got some and they are jsut not showing or if I really only got like one or two reviews. If you bought our olive oil, please go into your Amazon Orders Page and right next to our product is a button to leave a review. Reviews are so important on Amazon.
It's is just really really frustrating and they move at a glacier pace.

Could you put a list on your Home page showing what SHOULD be available on Amazon so we can call Amazon and request it if it doesn't show up on the Amazon web page?
I've had to hassle the Amazon monolith several times and it's a pain but I usually get through. It helps being retired.
Last Night catalog support gave me a file which when she runs it should update my listings. There is a 9 hour time difference so I am hoping she will get back to me yet today. I made some corrections on the upload file, so we'll see. If she doesn't do it today then we will roll over into next week. It is very difficult do to the time difference. She was ready last night, but when she contacts me 10am her time it is already 7pm my time. Some days, like yesterday, if I worked hard all week I am not up to doing the analysis and approval at 7pm at night, so then it rolls on to the next day.
