I updated my quote here.Sorry- guys but if the crankshaft can't be moved with a pry bar there are bigger concerns but the starting system will have to be dealt with eventually.
That sure sounds like a SUPER LOW hour 3000
I hate to say this, but I think your oil pump has failed, and that's why the engine seized. think about it, a fine running engine slows down, then eventually seizes, without any noise.. if the crank or a piston rod broke, you'd hear that!..Thanks again guys for the feedback! I did not try to rotate the PTO by hand and will check that. I will pull the injectors and use the acetone/atf treatment.
I have been unable to budge the flywheel with a crowbar or turn the engine with the crankshaft pulley or fan belt.
Another symptom is it started blowing black smoke from the exhaust and from under the front of the motor. There was never a clunk or grinding noise, so I hope there is no major mechanical damage.

I think I found the problem: blown head gasket with water in the engine. See attached pictures of injector port #1 and the corresponding injector. Should the injector body be rusty and pitted?View attachment 568738View attachment 568739
