I keep wondering about the folks buying high dollar appliances or yard machines and if they'll have any kind of warranty options.
Good thing I spent my Sears gift card last week. Yikes. End of an era. Kinda full circle, really, when you think about, and others have mentioned, that you could mail order anything from Sears and have it delivered to your house..... you can do the same thing today through Amazon, Walmart, etc... So I guess the ere hasn't ended, it's just changed as to who your buying from.

Yep... you could even order a House... several of the Sears stickbuilt homes around here.
As a kid... the Sears catalog for fascinating... I looked at each and every page... they had tools I had never seen, go carts, trailers, chain saws, work clothes...

My dad was an architect. I remember him pointing out Sears houses here in town.
My favorite time of year was when the Sears Wish Book would come in the mail before Christmas.

As a teen, THOSE were the pages you looked at? You didn't wander off into ... you know .... unmmentionables? :dance1:
